电泳：一种分离离子溶质混合物的技术，通过应用电场中物质移动速率的差异进行。原用方法溶剂运动不受限制，称为移动界面电泳(moving boundary electrophoresis)，因为一种物质的全部粒子都以同一速度移动，界限分明。现在广泛使用的方法都用支持介质如纸，乙酸纤维素，琼脂糖凝胶，淀粉凝胶或聚丙烯酰胺凝胶，防止溶剂对流运动，称为区带电泳(zone e.)。通常即以支持介质来命名电泳方法，如乙酸纤维素电泳
